![]() The Fort Worth school district will be given a reward for anti-bullying on Wednesday. The conference, located in Sarasota, Florida, will have 12 schools, districts, and/or programs receiving an award. More than 85 nominations were sent to the School Safety Advocacy Council to receive the award. The It's Not Okay program, launched in Fort Worth last year, aims to fight bullying in schools by educating teachers, students, and parents on the issue. Plans to expand the anti-bullying efforts were announced recently by district officials.
